For ease of reference, post the permissions in the comments below. Make sure to read all instructions before posting.

Make a top-level comment and fill in the subject heading with your name/handle. Then, copy/paste the following form into the body and fill it out. Answer yes or no to each area, and elaborate/add additional information as needed. You only need to fill out this section ONCE.

THEN, reply to your top-level comment for each of your IC permissions postings. You will need to complete an IC permissions post for every character you play. In the subject heading, make sure to write in your character's name and canon. Then, copy/paste the following into the body and fill out.
